I've been interested for years to note that in the TRT protocol, challenging the torque can result in leg length changes.  That puzzled me for years ... why a little twist of the skin would cause such a postural muscle reaction.  I have tentatively concluded that the answer lies in strains in the tensegrity matrix. Evidently a TRT instrument adjustment with torque can relieve such strains.</description>
